Saturday, june 27th
2015. FPAI, ANKREPELI and UIN Health Promotion held an event "let’s share
our love for the future" in islamic state university. Absolutely i had Lia
final test on that day. It surprised me after arriving and opening the door.
Test was started few minutes ago, earlier of the schedule. That was why i
missed 9 numbers of listening sections. accidently, i was a coordinator room
decoration and felt much guilty right at that moment.
I waited for my mate
once i got out of the class, maesa who participated at the event as well. then
she arrived and we immidiately went to the event by riding motorcycle. Time
flies by. I felt so glad once realizing what was happened. The room had been
beautifully decorated. They were who came earlier doing it perfectly. So we
just waited for the participants coming.
At 1:00 PM the
participants started coming. They had to registrate themselves in front of aula
madya room then entering the room for medical check up with dr. Intan Rachmita
and dr. Edien Esty. This purpose was to give them informations in leading
patterns of healthy lifestyle and surviving longer because several peoples of
them are people with hiv/aids. They would leave with a better understanding of
how to lead PWHA lives.
After having medical
checkup and health counseling, they went second floor to watch fable by arfino. 1 hour later they were
over, all participants could have breakfast we provided. It started crowded.
They run arround the room and played with some items such as ballons, dolls,
balls etc. Moreover almost of them were kids so it was a bit hard to manage
them followed the event well.
Next we gathered them to
divide into some games. There are painting, puzzle, snakes and ladders, smart
library and puppetry. This purpose was to relax and flow their feels, fertilize creativity for
flexibity as well. Apuu handmade provided gifts like bag, sandals, calendar
case for the ones who won the game.
While they were enjoying
the game, their parents had seminar “healthy, powered and worked” by dr. Nia
Kurniati and mr. Supardi lee (motivatos, enterpreneur, books writer). it ran
well and they started give some questions in regarding to kids healthy.
After having seminar and games. We gathered the kids back to watch puppetry by mr.santos as a spongebob squarepants dubber. He has unique way to get audience interests, he presented guessing voice characters game on some films either spongebob, doraemon or barney.
Close to maghrib time we
started preparing ta’jil and packages including granulated sugar, adzan was
heard, we gave them ta’jil including date, kolak and mineral water. The event
was closed by doing salat together and giving themn its packages included
biscuits, flour, rice noodles, etc to all participants. I wish we could meet
anymore next year.
